Terms of use

1. Parties

The Sunlendio service (the “Service”) is provided by The operator of Sunlendio. The user is anyone who places an order on the website, in the Telegram bot or via the API.

2. What the Service provides

For the paid term, the Service delegates Energy or Bandwidth to the TRON address you specify using the standard DelegateResource network function. When the term ends, the resources return to the Service. The Service gets no access to your wallet and cannot move your funds.

The Service does not hold user funds, except the balance a user tops up voluntarily to pay for orders.

3. User obligations

• Provide a correct TRON address. An order placed for a wrong address is fulfilled as placed and cannot be cancelled.
• Use energy only on the address of your own non-custodial wallet. Energy does not work on exchange addresses or other custodial services, because the platform itself controls withdrawals there.
• Choose the volume for your recipient: about 65,000 Energy per USDT transfer to a recipient who already holds USDT, and about 131,000 to a new address or an exchange.
• Do not use the Service for purposes prohibited by applicable law and the AML policy.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are dynamic and depend on the TRON resource market. The order price is fixed when the order is placed.
• Payment is accepted in TRX or USDT; USDT is converted to TRX at the current rate. Invoice payments must arrive within the time shown in the order and match the exact amount, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
• If the address has not been activated on the network yet, an activation fee is added to the order.

5. Order fulfilment

Energy usually arrives within seconds after the payment is confirmed. Timing depends on the TRON network and is not guaranteed. The order status and delegation TxID are available in the receipt.

6. Limitations and refunds

• Energy or Bandwidth left unused at the end of the rental term is not refunded or compensated.
• TRX burned by the network before the energy arrived (including OUT OF ENERGY failures) is not refunded: the network burns it, not the Service.
• Energy delegated to an exchange address or to a wrongly entered address is not refunded.
• If an order was not fulfilled through the Service’s fault, the payment is returned to your balance or as agreed with support.

7. Smart Mode and automated modes

• Smart Mode delivers energy before each outgoing USDT transfer; you pay per completed transfer at the current rate. A transfer to a new address or an exchange costs a double rate.
• Smart Mode is not designed for parallel transactions or hot wallets: a transfer frequency limit applies. If transfers run simultaneously, some may go through with TRX burning, and that TRX is not refunded.
• Connection, keeping energy on an idle address and minimum balance follow the rules shown in the bot before you enable it.
• Auto top-up and perpetual rental run while your balance allows; if the balance runs out, the rule stops.

8. Referral program

Rewards on referrals’ purchases are credited to your balance at the level rates in effect at the time of purchase. The Service may change the rates and withhold rewards for spam, self-referrals and other abuse. Referral rewards are not guaranteed income.

9. Liability

The Service is not responsible for the operation of the TRON network, wallets or exchanges, for changes to network parameters, or for losses caused by incorrect data you provide. Nothing on the website is investment or financial advice.

10. Changes

The Service may update these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page.
