Privacy policy

To rent energy we only need your public TRON address. We never request or process private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is The operator of Sunlendio. Data questions: support@sunlend.io.

2. What data we process

  • TRON wallet addresses — to fulfil orders and run the “How much I overpaid” checker. This is public data: addresses and transactions are visible to anyone on the blockchain.
  • Telegram ID and username — if you use the bot: for your balance, orders, the referral program and support replies.
  • Order and payment data — volume, term, amount, payment and delegation TxIDs, balance history.
  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, request time and URL. Used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Support conversations — whatever you send us.

3. What we never process

Private keys, seed phrases, passwords and wallet access codes. The Service does not need them. If anyone asks for them in the name of Sunlendio, it is a scam.

4. Cookies and local storage

The website stores your theme choice in your browser (localStorage), and your referral code if you arrived via a referral link, so it can be passed to the bot. This data stays on your device; you can clear it in your browser settings.

5. Why we use the data

  • to fulfil orders and keep your balance;
  • to credit referral rewards;
  • to provide support;
  • to prevent abuse and comply with our AML policy;
  • to meet legal requirements.

6. Sharing

We do not sell data. It may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, Telegram as the bot platform) and disclosed to authorities where the law requires. Transactions on the TRON network are public by nature.

7. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it. Email support@sunlend.io. Blockchain data cannot be deleted — it is not under our control.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page.
