API
Access and signing
- An API key (Public Key + Secret) is issued in the bot.
- Each request is signed with a hash of the key, secret and parameters plus a timestamp with a short validity window.
- Optional IP allowlist of up to 10 addresses.
- Partners can tag their customers’ orders with a customerId field.
- Order size from 32,000 to 5,000,000 Energy; larger volumes via combined orders.

Error codes state the rules explicitly: insufficient balance, invalid address, volume out of limits, invalid term, address not activated, Bandwidth temporarily unavailable, address already in Smart Mode, an auto order already exists for the address.

“Order completed” event
Arrives at your server a few seconds after the order. Payload: order id, address, volume, term, delegation TxID, type (one-off, auto, Smart Mode) and status (created, completed, reclaimed).

Hot wallets: auto top-up and perpetual rental
Threshold auto top-up
You set the address, a minimum Energy threshold, the top-up amount and term. When energy drops below the threshold, the system buys more. The check runs after every transaction and after each rental is reclaimed.
One auto top-up per address; it cannot run together with Smart Mode. If the balance runs out, the rule stops.
Perpetual rental
Energy or Bandwidth stays on the address permanently and renews once a day while your balance allows. You are charged the daily rate per day. You can add volume, pause or cancel the order.
Smart Mode is not suitable for hot wallets with parallel outgoing transactions — use auto top-up and perpetual rental instead.
White Label
Your own energy rental service
Launch an energy rental service under your own brand without development and without your own stake. You set your markup and earn a commission on every rental.
